Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For products requiring upgrades or custom configuration (RAM, SSD, etc.), an additional 1–2 days may be required.

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 working days
Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.
Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
Additional charges may apply for remote or high-risk delivery areas.

6️⃣ Delivery Guidelines
Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
Inspect the package for any damage before accepting it. If damaged, note it with the courier and inform us immediately.
In case of a missed delivery attempt, the courier will usually retry before returning the product to us.
7️⃣ International Shipping
Currently, PCC Laptop Media ships only within India. International shipping is not available.
