β Eligibility for Return
You may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
The original invoice, accessories, manuals, charger, and box** are returned.
β Returns due to “change of mind”, software issues, battery backup variation, or cosmetic wear are not accepted.

Verification: Our team will verify the issue via call or video.
Approval & Pickup: If eligible, we will schedule a reverse pickup or request you to courier it to our warehouse.
Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product. a refund or replacement will be initiated within 5β7 working days.
